Remember the old days when you could watch a surf movie on the big screen down at your local. Well it's happening again. Video dude Hamish Mackenzie is showing his latest movie 9 Balls at Lennox Bowlo on Friday 24th April showcasing 9 of our best local surfers. Sounds like a good time. Who are the 9 and why do they only have 1 ball each? You'll have to find out for yourself

Ben King Memorial

Stu Kennedy has won the 2009 Ben King Easter Memorial Classic. Woody came 2nd ahead of Willsy and Yerin. Nice to see the Le-Ba Opens showing up the Byron boys in their own event. Max Perrot finished 2nd in the Masters with Flanno in 3rd
